Your 90 limited mechanical and structural warranty comes free with your home inspection. The warranty covers repairs to items the Home Inspector finds to be in good working condition at the time of inspection and are specifically listed within our warranty. You will never have to pay a deductible. This warranty may work in conjunction with an existing warranty.
This warranty covers the client for 90 days from the date of inspection. It protects your water line and sewer line against failure due to normal wear and tear.
If your roof is found to be in good working condition at the time of inspection, the Platinum Roof Protection Plan offers new leak repair coverage for a period of 5 years.

We back up all of our inspections with a Mold Safe Plan. If mold is found in your home that was not present at the time of inspection, you are covered for remediation, up to $2000.
With RecallCHEK, your inspector will obtain information about your major appliances at the time of inspection, such as make, model, serial#, etc. By entering this information into RecallCHEK’s database, potential recalls are discovered. In the case of a recall, the client is informed about next steps to have the item repaired or replaced, in most cases without cost to the client.
